Photography Session Packages and Pricing Updates
Based both on feedback from past and potential clients and also because it feels a bit more aligned to me in regard to what I want to offer to my clients, I am changing up my pricing and offerings for my 2023 season. I wanted to give a little more information on how my new packages will work and why I think this will work better for my business!
So, long story short, instead of being all-inclusive for all of my sessions and delivering all usable images in an online gallery, I’ll now be offering 3 packages at different price points. This is specifically for my immediate family, maternity, and newborn sessions. Extended family sessions will still be all-inclusive for now because those run a bit differently.
How do they work?
After your session, if you've chosen either Collection 2 or Collection 3, you will receive a proofing gallery with lightly edited images. From there you will select the images you would like me to fully edit and deliver in your final gallery. Your final gallery images will look similar to the editing style you see on my website and social media. If you choose Collection 1, you will still receive all edited digital images. My packages will now also come with complimentary print credits, which I am super excited about. This means that your final gallery will include the ability to order professional prints and products directly through your gallery. Depending which collection you have selected, you will receive a coupon code for the amount of the corresponding print credit. So for all my packages, you will be able to order a physical print to have from your session - and while digital images are great, there is something so amazing about seeing your images in print. That’ll be a blog post for a different day :-)
You can also upgrade your collection choice at any time if you decide you’d like more images.
Why am I changing it up?
For a couple reasons - first because it is my hope that being able to select which package works best for your family will better serve my clients.
Reason 2, I am VERY picky in my editing and I take a lot of pride and care in editing your final images. It's the perfectionist in me that I have worked a lot on trying to temper with less important things, but my photo session editing isn't one of them and I’ve tried, but it’s a no go 😂. I love making your images look beautiful and I pay a lot of attention to details. I believe that details are very important and your family is art. Your unique connections, interactions, and relationships are art that deserves attention to detail. I feel that by offering packages it will give my clients the ability to choose the images that they love the most and it will give me more time to carefully edit and curate beautiful galleries, and deliver art that I hope clients will love!
