Wedding Celebration in East Aurora, NY
As a family photographer in Buffalo, NY, one of my passions is photographing moments that make you feel something. At this intimate wedding celebration, I got to do just that! Despite the rainy weather, it was all love and laughter as we celebrated this newlywed couple right here in East Aurora, one of my favorite suburbs of Buffalo!

A bit of background - the couple was married in San Diego and held this local reception at the home of the groom’s aunt and uncle. The house was absolutely stunning and provided so many great backdrops for candid photos. The weather happened to be rainy and overcast that day so the dinner portion ended up being indoors in the gorgeous kitchen. Luckily by party time, the rained seemed to hold off for the most part so we were able to take a bunch of portraits outside as well.
A Wedding Celebration in East Aurora, NY
I loved the intimacy of this celebration. With a cozy gathering of about 30 guests, the couple had the chance to genuinely connect with everyone present. The tables were so beautifully set and added a vibrant and cheerful touch. The gardens at the home were gorgeous too!
Everything about this party felt so personalized to the couple. The guests were fun and I really enjoyed photographing all of them. The inside of the house was so beautiful that I was able to get a bunch of interesting details and angles!

Group portraits took place in the yard near the flower gardens! You can see in the below collage, the sun even peeked out - not for long, but long enough for me to snap a photo. And just before the sun went down, we got a group shot of everyone that was there! I was so honored to photograph these memories for this couple and family. They were all so kind, genuine, and a lot of fun too.
